HAND UP
Locally, nationally and ​internationally, Zonta Club of Roseburg is a vocal  advocate for women.  We travel to every  corner of the county to advocate for womens' rights. Our local program "HandUp" seeks to help local maturing women in transition.  This assistance can be in the form of mentoring, training, personal needs and formal education. Women are referred from approved agencies such as DHS, BPA, ADAPT or UCC. Click the link below for an application and more information about the opportunities this program can provide.​
